White Park Bay Summer Herb Walks
Join us at this stunning location to find out how the wide variety of wildflowers on the North Antrim coast can be used for medicine. We give advice on identification, toxic species and provide tips on processing the herbs for medicinal use. EarthSmoke are self-taught herbalists and have authored three books on the subject of local medicinal wildflowers, shrubs, trees and fungi.

Kimbap Workshop (Korean seaweed rolls)
Making Kimbap and Maki (Korean and Japanese seaweed rolls)
During this creative and fun culinary workshop, you will be taught how to make Korean kimbap and Japanese maki.
Dr. HyoJin Koh will demonstrate how to make seaweed rolls with locally sourced produce. She will be using a variety of ingredients from fish, tofu, vegetables, kimchi as well as dipping sauces and miso soup. At the end of the demonstration you will be given the chance to make your own seaweed rolls to take home with you.

Gluten, Soy, Egg & Sesame seeds are used in the workshop.
This workshop is designed for all levels from beginners to those who are more experienced.

Castleroe Wood, Summer Herb Walks
Castleroe Wood is a 16 hectare forest to the south of Coleraine, full of plants which are signifiers of ancient woodland. Interested members of the public will receive information on the common medicinal herbs they can find here and in their local area.

Downhill Wood, Summer Herb Walks
Another location for our herb walks will be Downhill Forest, an 83 hectare forest on the north coast near Castlerock, which was once part of the estate of Frederick Harvey, the 4th Earl of Bristol and Bishop of Derry. Like Castleroe Wood, Downhill forest also contains many plants which are signifiers of ancient woodland.
