EarthSmoke Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event, although a cancellation processing fee of £5 will be charged. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend, or who attempt to cancel within 7 days of the event. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to earthsmokepublishing@gmail.com. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent to you via email within 3 working days and fees will be refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.

Please note that circumstances beyond EarthSmoke’s control may necessitate alterations to, or cancellation of, an event. Therefore, EarthSmoke reserves the right to alter or modify event dates, times and venues, and to cancel events if necessary. Registrants will be informed of any changes or cancellations of events via the EarthSmoke web site as soon as possible.

In the unlikely circumstance that an event should be cancelled by EarthSmoke, for any reason, a substitution of events or full refund will be offered to all registrants.

Where EarthSmoke offers non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the service is accomplished.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services from our web site.
